okbey Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1   By accessing, registering with, or using the okbey platform in any manner, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the okbey Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Game Rules, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2   These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users of the okbey platform, including but not limited to browsers, registered Players, depositors, and any other persons who access or use the platform.

2.3   okbey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the platform following notice of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.4   If you are accessing the okbey platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and by doing so, you accept these Terms on that party's behalf.

3.1   To register and maintain an account on the okbey platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

3.2   During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by okbey for account verification purposes.

3.3   You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. okbey is not responsible for consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.4   okbey reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant or to request additional documentation to verify eligibility at any time, at its sole discretion.

4.1   Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the okbey platform. Creation of duplicate, secondary, or associated accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all related accounts.

4.2   Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. okbey will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3   Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify okbey immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel. okbey may, at its discretion, temporarily restrict access to your account pending investigation.

4.4   KYC Verification. okbey reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accepted documents include: Philippine System Identification (PhilSys), UMID, driver's license, and Philippine passport. Failure to complete KYC verification within the prescribed timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities.

4.5   Account Inactivity. An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for a consecutive period of 12 months. okbey reserves the right to apply an account maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, which will be communicated to the account holder via the registered mobile number prior to any deduction.

5.1   okbey accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

5.2   The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account tier. Specific limits are displayed at the point of deposit.

5.3   All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. okbey does not accept deposits from third-party payment instruments. Any deposit originating from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name may be reversed and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

5.4   Deposits processed via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your okbey account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. okbey is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5.5   All funds on the okbey platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Foreign currency conversions, if applicable, will be carried out at the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction, and any conversion fees are your responsibility.

6.1   The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Philippine Pesos). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2   Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. okbey reserves the right to require alternative verification before processing withdrawals to a different method.

6.3   Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within approximately 15 minutes of approval during standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. Processing times may be extended in cases requiring additional verification.

6.4   okbey does not charge processing fees on GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to transaction fees charged by your financial institution, which are outside okbey's control.

6.5   Withdrawal Holds. okbey reserves the right to impose a hold on withdrawals for up to 72 hours for the purposes of security verification, fraud prevention, or compliance review. Where a hold is imposed, the Player will be notified via their registered mobile number.

6.6   Bonus Balance Withdrawals. Bonus Balances are not directly withdrawable. Winnings derived from Bonus Balances become eligible for withdrawal only after the applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full, as detailed in Section 7.

6.7   okbey reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to: government-issued identification, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds declarations. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 business days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

7.1   Welcome Bonus. The okbey welcome bonus is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. It is claimable once per Player, once per household, and once per device. The specific match percentage, maximum bonus amount, and applicable Wagering Requirements are as specified in the current welcome bonus promotion page.

7.2   Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. This means the total combined value of the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be wagered a specified number of times across eligible games before any withdrawal can be made from the Bonus Balance or its associated winnings.

7.3   Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are set out in the applicable promotion terms.

7.4   Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Once expired, bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are permanently forfeited.

7.5   Abuse and Exploitation. okbey actively monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: use of automated software; coordinated wagering designed to exploit bonus mechanics; multi-accounting to obtain multiple bonuses; and wagering patterns that clearly indicate intent to exploit rather than genuine recreational play. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will forfeit all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may have their account permanently suspended.

7.6   okbey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring any bonus already credited to a Player's account in good faith.

8.1   All games available on the okbey platform are governed by the specific Game Rules applicable to each game, as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the relevant rules before placing real-money wagers.

8.2   Random Number Generation. All electronic casino games on the okbey platform utilise Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been certified by independent third-party testing agencies. The outcome of each game round is entirely random and independent of previous rounds.

8.3   Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, okbey reserves the right to void the affected game round(s) and refund the relevant wager to the Player's account. okbey's decision in such circumstances is final.

8.4   Disconnection Policy. If a Player is disconnected from the platform during an active game round, the game will typically complete according to its programmed rules. okbey is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of Player-side connectivity issues.

8.5   Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type as published in the sportsbook section. Settlement of bets is made in accordance with official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of ambiguous results or administrative errors, okbey reserves the right to review and re-settle affected bets.

9.1   The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbey platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

10.1   All content on the okbey platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, design elements, text, and layout — is the exclusive property of okbey or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okbey platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any platform content.

10.3   Any unauthorized use of okbey's intellectual property may result in legal action. You agree to promptly notify okbey of any third-party infringement of okbey's intellectual property that comes to your attention.

11.1   okbey provides the following self-management tools, accessible directly from account settings, at no cost to the Player:

11.2   Requests for self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and will remain in effect for the duration requested. okbey will not knowingly re-activate a self-excluded account within the exclusion period.

11.3   You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that past results are not indicative of future outcomes. All games on the okbey platform are intended solely for entertainment purposes. okbey does not represent that gaming on its platform will result in financial gain.

12.1   okbey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably determines that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has provided false or misleading information; (c) the Player's continued use of the platform poses a legal, regulatory, or security risk to okbey or other Players; or (d) okbey is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

12.2   In cases where an account is terminated due to a breach by the Player, okbey reserves the right to withhold any pending bonuses and winnings derived from bonus play. Real Money Balances held at the time of termination will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed to okbey, subject to completed KYC verification.

12.3   A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting okbey via live chat support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within this period.

13.1   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbey, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if okbey has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.2   okbey's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Player's account at the time the claim arose.

13.3   okbey does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. While okbey uses commercially reasonable security measures, it cannot guarantee that its systems will be impervious to unauthorized access.

13.4   Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for: (a) death or personal injury resulting from negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14.1   Internal Resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your okbey account, any game outcome, or any payment transaction, you should first contact okbey's support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. okbey will use reasonable endeavors to resolve the complaint within 10 business days of receipt.

14.2   Escalation. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process within 10 business days, you may escalate the matter to okbey's designated dispute resolution officer. The officer's written decision, which will be issued within a further 15 business days, shall be final and binding on both parties subject only to the provisions of Section 14.3.

14.3   Regulatory Recourse. Nothing in these Terms prevents a Player from making a complaint to PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.

14.4   Game Outcomes. All game outcomes and jackpot results are determined by certified RNG systems. okbey's logs constitute the definitive record of all gaming activity. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, okbey's verified platform logs shall be treated as conclusive evidence.

15.1   okbey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be effective from the date they are published on the okbey platform. Where changes are material, okbey will provide reasonable notice via the registered mobile number or the platform notification system.

15.2   Your continued use of the okbey platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.

15.3   The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any relevant event governs the interpretation of the parties' rights and obligations in relation to that event.

16.1   These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16.2   Subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines in respect of any legal proceedings relating to these Terms.

16.3   If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16.4   These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and okbey with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
